$50.00 – $88.00 – Domestic Economy Class airfare per person

$90.00 – $110.00 – Domestic Business Class airfare per person

$110.00 – TransTasman Economy Class airfare per person

$200.00 – $250.00 – TransTasman Premium/Business Class airfare per person

$250.00 – International Economy Class airfare per person
$300.00 – Premium Economy Class airfare per person
$350.00 – Business Class airfare per person

$100.00 Domestic/Trans-Tasman package, tour, or cruise per booking

$250.00 International package, tour, or cruise per booking

$100.00- If you organise your own insurance and require assistance with a claim a processing fee applies to provide supporting documentation

Standard – *$200.00 Itinerary planning fee per quote/booking – 1— 2 hours Extensive – *$500.00 Itinerary planning fee per quote/booking – 2 or more hours

*The itinerary/quote planning fee includes the consultation, research and written proposal and is based on the time taken to prepare.

Reservation Deposit

For all bookings a payment of a deposit is required, refer to your detailed statement of account for deposit amount and balance due date. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable.

Amendment Fees

Changes to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $55.00 per passenger, per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Changes to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $110.00 per passenger, per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Cancellation and Refunds Fees

Cancellations to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $110.00 per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Cancellations to International bookings will incur

Economy Class: a fee of $ 250.00 per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Business Class: a fee of $ 350.00 per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Deposits and service fees are non-refundable.
