Price Includes:
Meet & Assist at the airports.
Transfers in air-conditioned deluxe tourist transportation according to number of participants with one checked in luggage and one handbag per pilgrim.
Portage in and out of hotels.

Meals as mentioned in the itinerary.

Dedicated Professional English speaking, tour guides throughout the pilgrimage.
Hotels, four to five stars, on Half-Board basis ,Breakfast and Dinner at hotel without drinks.

International Air travel is not included in the price and will be quoted separately.
Personal Expenses and extras, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and water.
Greece Hotel City Tax Overnight City tax Paid directly to hotels per room per night for 5* Hotels 10 Euro / 4* Hotels 7 Euro subject to change by government
Lunches en route. Price varies to individual taste & budget as appetites vary enormously. We have large breakfasts and most pilgrims are happy to eat on the move.
All other meals other than those mentioned in the included price.
Handling of baggage at the airports, e.g. if you use airport porters.
Tipping fund $15 per day per pilgrim for guides and Bus Driver will be collected prior to travel.
Anything else not mentioned above, such as optional tours and any other additions that the pilgrim might request.
Visas: each pilgrim to apply online for the respective visas.
Extra Transfers: if a pilgrim requires a separate transfer i.e. if a pilgrim is not arriving and/or leaving with the main group and/or arriving and/or leaving on different flight and/or to or from a different destination, additional transfer fees are payable.
Notes:
Based on 28 Pilgrims: if the numbers are not met, the Pilgrimage price will be adjusted accordingly.

Quotes are based on standard shared twin or double rooms in four to five stars hotels, names of hotels will be advised. Single room will attract an additional supplement as above.
It is assumed that all participants hold a valid Australian passport and are over 18 years of age.
All Passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the period of the stay.
Please advise Pilgrim’s nationality at the time of reservation.
Parts of the itinerary are subject to change or cancellation, if it is deemed necessary, primarily, for the safety of pilgrims but also comfort and convenience.

Currency Fluctuation: The prices are based on the current US$ /AUD exchange rate of 0.68
Fluctuation will be charged at the difference in exchange rate.

Subject to the availability of group entrances at the various monuments, museums & churches, changes may be necessary to the order of the excursions. The exact order of the visits will be reconfirmed shortly before the tour.
Please make sure that you have the required documents, including passports and visas, before travelling to a destination. Please ensure that you have at least six (6) months validity on your passport from the date you return from your departure. Cancellation due to incomplete travel documentation will incur standard cancellation fees.
